爆香 大蒜粒及薑片
加入 雞塊(或雞胗)炒至變色
加入 米酒(1/3杯),醬油(1/3杯),糖(三匙)
小火煮至汁呈濃稠狀,改用大火,將汁燒乾
熄火後加入九層塔及蔥段
